Elena Rybakina Withdraws from US Open

The US Open draw has dropped an additional previous Grand Slam champ.
Elena Rybakina, the 2022 Wimbledon champion, formally withdrew coming from the US Open today as a result of undefined personal injury.
" Unfortunately, I have to withdraw coming from my match today as a result of my injuries," Rybakina pointed out in a statement. "I performed not want to end up the last Conquest of the year through this but I must pay attention to my body system, as well as I wish I can easily liquidate the remainder of the year powerful.

The retirement of Rybakina stated French qualifier Jessica Ponchet in to the 3rd sphere on a child's play. Ponchet is going to face either previous No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki or Renata Zarazua for a location in the round of 16.
The fourth-seeded Rybakina's withdrawal comes nearly a full week after she announced her split from her instructor of five years.
